Michelle is from Lake Charles, Louisiana. She graduated from A.M. Barbe High School in 1988. Michelle moved to New Orleans and graduated from Our Lady of Holy Cross University in 1991. She then moved to Texas and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1991. Michelle practiced law in Austin for 9 years prior to moving to South Lee County and joining the firm of Schneider, Krugler, Kleinschmidt & Placke, P.C. (which later became Schneider, Krugler, Kleinschmidt & Weiser, P.C.). Michelle helped residents of Lee and surrounding counties at that firm for 14 years until she formed the Weiser Law Firm, PLLC in October 2018.
